Gamay, Northern Samar 6422

Gamay is a coastal municipality in the province of Northern Samar.

           The municipality has a land area of 115.10 square kilometers or 44.44 square miles which constitutes 3.12% of Northern Samar's total area. Its population as determined by the 2015 Census was 23,511. This represented 3.72% of the total population of Northern Samar province, or 0.53% of the overall population of the Eastern Visayas region. Based on these figures, the population density is computed at 204 inhabitants per square kilometer or 529 inhabitants per square mile.
